ACTICOAT™ 3 Flex is an advanced antimicrobial wound dressing designed to provide effective infection control while maintaining a moist environment that supports optimal wound healing. The dressing incorporates nanocrystalline silver technology, delivering sustained antimicrobial activity against a broad spectrum of wound pathogens, including antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
The flexible, conformable structure allows ACTICOAT 3 Flex to easily adapt to complex body contours, making it suitable for difficult-to-dress areas. Its open mesh design promotes exudate management and allows wound fluid to pass through to a secondary absorbent dressing, helping maintain appropriate moisture balance within the wound bed.
ACTICOAT 3 Flex provides antimicrobial protection for up to three days, reducing the frequency of dressing changes and minimizing disruption to the healing tissue. Indications
ACTICOAT 3 Flex is indicated for the management of partial and full-thickness wounds at risk of infection or where infection is present, including burns, graft and donor sites, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, venous ulcers, and surgical or traumatic wounds.
