Cancellation of unshipped items

Please email us on harperspharmacy@gmail.com, and we will cancel your order if it has not been shipped. a full refund will be provided.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an unwanted product, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Some items cannot be returned due to governance rules which all pharmacies need to follow. We will inform you if this is the case.

Depending on the condition of a return, we may offer full or partial refunds.

You can arrange your own postage for returns. If you request, we will provide a Royal Mail Tracked Returns label for returns. For returns which are no fault of our own - £3.00 will be deducted from the return for postage.

If you wish to return a product due because it is faulty - we will always pay return shipping costs.
