Shipping rates & Delivery times

Important Note for December 2023 - run up to Christmas.

We are still delivering on time, but to give a sensible note of caution - we would advise that for STANDARD SERVICE orders placed after 18th December, there is a possibility that the order may not be received until after 27th December.

For EXPRESS ORDERS, orders placed after 3pm on 21st December may not arrive until after 27th December.

We only deliver to customers in the United Kingdom.

Standard Service:

- Our standard service is free shipping on all orders of any size. Our standard shipment service used will depend on the weight and dimensions of the order. We use Royal Mail, DPD, Parcel Force and Amazon Shipping as our shipping providers.

- We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of payment.

- Therefore when using our Standard service, you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 working days of placing the order.

Express Service:

- We offer an expedited service, where we aim to get orders to a customer within 2-3 working days of orders placed before 3pm (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).

- The cost for this Express Service is £3.99.

- Delivery provider: DPD, ParcelForce, Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Amazon Tracked One-Day.

- We have lines that we stock in our warehouse, and lines we can source from our next day supplier.

- For lines that we stock, we can deliver within 2 working days.

- For lines that we source from our supplier, they can be delivered within 3 working days.
